Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy 

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. 
• Returns are accepted for unopened and un-used items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items opened or returned after 15 days are ineligible. 
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 
• Exchanges or replacements are based on availability, and we’ll aim to match the original purchase or offer a comparable item. 

Return Process 

1. To start a return, email us at maganscents@outlook.com
2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and an unpaid return label if requested. 
3. Please note: Only unopened items are eligible for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 
   
   

   We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that your bank may take some time to process the refund. 

   Important Note: 

   • Use a traceable carrier for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent via non-traceable services. 
   • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
